“Dealing with Coeliac Disease on a day to day basis is by no means easy, no matter when you’re diagnosed; I have been diagnosed for over 17 years now but only now do I feel like have gotten some control back over my life…”

Hi there! My name is Jemima and I am a writer, recipe creator and food & lifestyle blogger born and bred in Suffolk!
Where did it all start?
I was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease in 2005 and I have been battling the gluten free life ever since; in fact, it is all I’ve ever known. However, growing up gluten free in the 00s wasn’t easy and with limited options that were safe for me to eat and buy, I had no choice but to make most of my meals from scratch. And if I am honest, I am thankful for it! There is nothing I love more than cooking and experimenting with recipes and, thanks to this blog, I can share them all with you.
What will I find on this site?
You will mostly find a collection of my own recipes, whether that be one pot wonders, quick and easy midweek meals, bakes, fake-aways etc. Whatever you find, it will be 100% gluten free and suitable for coeliacs! But if you’re dairy free, vegetarian or vegan, keep an eye out! I’ll also be sharing recipes which you’ll love as well.
However, recipes aren’t the only thing you’ll find. I will also be giving advice and sharing my best tips when it comes to eating out, ordering in, socialising, travelling and generally ‘living’ with Coeliac Disease or any other condition (whether it be allergy, intolerance or just preference) which requires following a “free from” diet.
Who is this page for?
Anyone.
Absolutely anyone and everyone.
You may be a newly diagnosed Coeliac muddling through this new way of life. You may be like me and long-diagnosed, but find yourself falling into a rut. You may be here just for cooking inspiration, whether you require gluten free or not! I am certain, whoever you are, you will find something for you.
Where else can I find you?
At the moment, I am only on Instagram but I am working on gradually expanding my content on to various platforms. Check out my Instagram on the below link where you will be guaranteed daily posts, lifestyle updates, a collage of recipes, supermarket finds, restaurant reviews and much more!
